Air Amplifiers
- Super Air Amplifier: Pull in surrounding air to produce a high velocity air flow, with minimal compressed air usage. With no moving parts and no electrical usage, Air Amplifiers are a simple, low-cost way to move air, smoke, fumes and light materials. These powerful tools are ideal for ventilation, circulation or cooling hot parts.
- Adjustable Air Amplifier: These have an adjustable air gap which allows you to increase or decrease flow and force. With all the benefits of the super air amplifier, plus the option of stainless steel for higher temperature and corrosive environments, these are ideal for work areas with constantly changing conditions.
- High Temperature Air Amplifier: Temperature rated up to 371°C, these are ideal for circulating and moving hot air to surfaces requiring uniform heating. Commonly used in ovens, furnaces, and large molds.
Air guns
With a range of sizes and configurations available, an Exair Air Gun is a small but powerful and robust tool, perfect for your blowoff or cleaning needs.
Exair Air Guns are highly customizable to your needs, with a range of nozzle sizes, pipe extensions, and chip shields available.
They also come equipped with a range of safety features. They operate at a reduced noise level and they cannot be blocked, therefore preventing against harmful dead-end pressures.
Air knives
Exair Air Knives provide a sheet of laminar airflow, offering a highly efficient method of cleaning, drying, or cooling parts, webs or conveyors on your production lines.
Three models are available: Super Air Knife, Standard Air Knife, and Full-Flow Air Knife. With the Super Air Knife being the most efficient, quietest, and available in the widest range of sizing and materials, the Standard Air Knife and Full-Flow Air Knife are great alternatives where pricing and space limitations are a concern.
Air nozzles and jets
Ideal for removing dust, debris, and water from small areas, Exair nozzles and jets are highly efficient, quiet, and help get those hard to reach areas.
They produce a highly powerful stream of air, focused on a small point, making them the perfect tool for part cleaning, chip removal, liquid blowoff, part ejection, and more.
Air operated conveyors
Air Operated Conveyors, or Line Vacs, are ideal for moving large volumes of material across long distances.
Connected to a standard hose, Line Vacs use minimal compressed air to push material through the line, either vertically or horizontally.
With no moving parts or electricity, Line Vacs are easy to maintain and have minimal risk of clogging, making them a highly efficient and cost-effective solution.
With a range of sizes and materials available, there's a Line Vac to suit your needs.
Air wipes
Designed for blowoff or cooling of pipes, tubing, and cables, Exair Air Wipes provide a 360° flow of air without any contact to the product and no wiper blades.
There are two variations available: the Super Air Wipe, which is available in aluminium and stainless steel for hygienic and high-temperature use, and the Standard Air Wipe, which is the lower-cost option and comes in aluminum with coated screws and PVC hose, for applications where durability and corrosion resistance are not a concern.
Atomizing nozzles
Air Atomizing Spray Nozzles: Seamlessly mix compressed air with liquid, creating a fine mist. With a range of configurations available, Air Atomizing Spray Nozzles are perfect for washing, coating, cooling, dust control and more.
Liquid Atomizing Spray Nozzles: These general purpose nozzles come in a variety of spray patterns and are ideal for dispersing liquids such as water, rinse aids, detergents, chemicals, pesticides and herbicides, and more.
Cabinet coolers
High temperatures can be damaging for your electrical cabinets, causing erroneous readings, trip-outs or fried circuit boards.
Exair's Cabinet Cooler range is the perfect solution. Using compressed air and vortex tube technology, Cabinet Coolers create a stream of cold air directly to your electrical cabinet, protecting them against heat, dirt, and dust.
With no moving parts, and no maintenance required, Cabinet Coolers are cheap, effective, and easy-to-install, and could save you a lot of downtime.

Cold gun
Ideal for spot cooling of equipment, Cold Guns produce a stream of cold air at 30°C below supply temperature.
They are perfect for tools which produce excessive heat, such as milling, drilling, surface grinding, and tool sharpening machines. A great alternative to harmful cutting fluids and coolants.
Industrial Housekeeping
A range of vacuum kits to clean up woodchips, liquids, dust, and more.
Exair's Industrial Housekeeping range has no moving parts, and therefore no maintenance required.
Powered by compressed air, these vacuums have no electrical parts, making them safe to operate in various environments.

Vortex tubes
Vortex Tubes offer a low cost, reliable, maintenance-free solution for industrial spot cooling by producing air temperatures down to -46°C.
Small and lightweight, these handy tools use vortex technology to efficiently convert compressed air into cold air for spot cooling, protecting power tools, cooling soldered parts, etc.
They also come in an adjustable and a mini model so you can direct the cold air exactly where it's needed.
